A. Your First Visit

We like to start out our relationship with our patients with a brief informal interview to get to know our patients as people and what their particular dental concerns might be. Dr. Hale follows this with a very comprehensive evaluation including a periodontal probing to look for the presence of gum disease, an evaluation of the Temporomandibular Joints ("Jaw Joints"), an evaluation of the patients bite, a cancer screening and a caries evaluation. Before starting treatment, Dr. Hale will go over his findings and present his recommended plan of action to you, the patient.

  B. Financial Arrangements

We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards as payment at the time services are rendered. We are happy to accept assignment of payment from your insurance company as long as arrangements have been made in advance of your treatment. We will estimate the amount of reimbursement that your insurance carrier will provide to the best of ourknowledge but we do not base our fees or treatment on this reimbursement. You will be expected to pay your portion at the time services are rendered. Other arrangements will be made on an individual basis.
